Why buy hummus when it is so easy to make. This is the basic recipe but be creative. Add jarred roasted red peppers that have been rinsed and dried or omit the cumin and add paprika (I like the smoked paprika). Another version is add a little more lemon juice, omit the cumin and add jarred artichokes. The possibilites are endless.
Hungarian Goulash Recipe. It is a little switch from my normal Italian cooking. Serve over cooked noodles.

Nut roll has always been my favorite treat since I was a kid. Everyone in our family made their's a little differently. I been trying for years to duplicate my favorite properties, flaky bread, sweetly balanced filling and lots of nuts. It's taken years but I think I finally have it perfected.
