I attended St. George Antiocian Church in Charleston, WV for years.  The majority of the people who attend are of arabic descent.  You will see many of my submissions are middle eastern in nature. I had the pleasure of trying this sweet potato recipe recently and I have to say it is the BEST sweet potato recipe I have ever tried. It is also easy to make.

This recipe for Gingered Sweet Potatoes has become a family favorite. The garlic and ginger really compliment each other.

Fall classic recipe.

India treat. The infusion of the sesame seeds, cumin and chili pepper gives these vegetables a special kick. If you can find cumin seed toast them with the sesame seeds to add to the sauce. Use 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and leave out the cumin powder.
