Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

I'll be serving this at my house for Easter.

3 pounds sweet potatoes
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper.

Methods/steps

Peel and cube sweet potatoes, cover with water and cook covered until tender.
Drain potatoes and place in a food processor. Crumble rosemary and place in processor. Add remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth.
