Change up the fruit for different flavor combinations. Dried cherries, strawberries, cranberries or raisins can be used. I somtimes omit the coconut.

Vegan/Lenten

I love the textures of this wonderful fruit salad.  The crunchy pomegranate and the smooth banana.  The lime dressing really sets it off.
