So good hot with melted butter and strawberry jam.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Sift flour, add baking powder, sift again.
- Whip cream and add to flour mixture, blending lightly with a fork. Turn onto floured board and knead slightly. Pat dough and roll our 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured biscuit cutter (or upside down glass)
- Bake at 425 degrees on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
