Company Carrots
Description
Carrot recipe I make for company or holidays.
Ingredients
- 4 cups carrots cut in thin slices
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger root, peeled and grated
Methods/steps
- Boil carrots in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain. Place in buttered baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Pour over carrots giving a toss to coat.
- Bake t 350F for 20-30 minutes.
