Carrot-Raisin Salad
Description
Quick, easy and full of vitamin A. Yogurt may be substituted for mayonnaise; add 1 tablespoon honey or sugar.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups shredded carrots (about 4 medium)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Methods/steps
- Combine all ingredients, mix well
- Cover and chill
