Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Description
I had this wonderful light dressing at Shapiro's served over a salad with Chicken strips. This is my brother's recipe (he is the chef).
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Methods/steps
- Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake.
