Chicken Casserole
Description
Easy recipe for chicken casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 whole chicken, boiled or baked
- 1 can french style green beans
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix half of the stuffing mix with melted butter and spread over the bottom of a large casserole dish.
- Top with a layer each of chicken and beans.
- Mix the soup with the milk and pour over top the chicken and the beans.
- Mix the remaining stuffing mix with the broth and spread over the top of the casserole
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
