Basic Italian Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salad or olive oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 clove garlic minced
Methods/steps
- Pour all ingredients into a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well.
- Can be refrigerated up to two weeks.
