Light Side Grilled Tortillas
Description
These make great snacks for hungry kids. Cut each one in 4 triangles and serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
Ingredients
- 4 (8 in) soft tortilla shells
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- ½ cup tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
Methods/steps
- With the tortilla laid flat spread one side with the cheese.
- Add the green pepper, tomato and onion.
- Fold over to close.
- Place a skillet on medium high heat.
- Cook the tortilla for 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook an additional 1 minute.
