Description
Great for holiday gift or any time. Make one to keep and one to give away. You can put in pint bottles to make more.
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 Tablespoons instant coffee
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 quart vodka
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 - 1 quart bottles
Methods/steps
- Boil the water, add instant coffee and sugar. Simmer 40 minutes.
- Divide 1 quart vodka into the two bottles. Split the vanilla bean and put half in each bottle.
- After the coffee is cool, pour half into each bottle. Cap and age 3 weeks.
