Figs in a Blanket
Stuffed Figs wrapped in proscuitto. Easy to make impressive appetizer.
Ingredients
- 12 large figs
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 2 ounces thinkly sliced prosciutto, cut into 12 strips
- 1-2 ounce balsamic vinegar
- cooking spray
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut figs in half but not all the way through.
- Stuff the fgs with a small scoop of goat cheese.
- Wrap stuffed fig with a strip of prosciutto, tucking ends of prosciutto under figs to secure the cheese.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place figs on the baking sheet. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over each fig.
- Bake figs for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve figs warm.
