Easy Swiss Steak in Foil
Description
Easy to make - easy to clean up. For a complete meal you can add potatoes and carrots the last hour of cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 pound thin round steak
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1/2 package onion sour mix
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Methods/steps
- Cut meat into serving pieces. Place meat on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap it in. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Top with tomato sauce.
- Bake at 325F for 2 hours or until fork tender.
