Delicious grilled lamb
Grilled lamb that is so tasty and tender you'll be amazed it was so easy.
Ingredients
- 6 Lamb steaks
- salad dressing. (Kraft Zesty Italian is good)
Methods/steps
- Marinate the lamb steaks or chops in Italian Dressing for 12-24 hours. Turn steaks occassionally.
- Drain dressing.
- Grill over medium-high heat on a covered grill. Turn once half way through cooking. Cook until internal temperature reaches 150 (Medium-rare) or 160 degrees (Medium)
Additional Tips
Marinate in the refrigerator overnight if possible but a couple of hours will do.
