Crock pot Macaroni and Cheese
This Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese is so good you may have to double the recipe.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni noodles
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Non-stick cooking spray
Methods/steps
- Cook macaroni noodles for 7 minutes, drain.
- Coat crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Mix all ingredients together, saving a little cheese for the top.
- Put mixture into crockpot and cover with reserved cheese.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.

Thanks for letting the editors know we messed up! The cheese is now added. I tried it with 2 1/2 cups and it was pretty good.
