Cheesy Squash Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and drained yellow squash
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar
- crushed crackers
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Mix first 5 ingredients together and spread in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top of squash mixture. Top with crushed crackers.
- Make at 300F for 30 minutes.
