Butterscotch Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 10 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 6 ounce package butterscotch chips
- 1 9 inch pie shell
- whipped topping (optional)
Methods/steps
- Mix sugar and flour; add slightly beaten eggs, pecans, butterscotch chips, vanilla and butter. Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake for one hour at 325F or until lightly browned. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
Additional Tips
Do not refrigerate after it is made or leftover.
